VSTECS Astar Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of VSTECS, has signed a distributorship agreement with Applied Security Intelligence Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of LGMS. This agreement positions VSTECS as the official distributor of LGMS’ ‘Made in Malaysia’ StarSentry cybersecurity solution, aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity defences of SMEs across the nation.
StarSentry, meticulously crafted with the principle of ‘Cybersecurity for Rakyat’ at its core, offers a user-friendly, plug-and-play approach at an affordable price point. The comprehensive solution includes cyber risk insurance for every subscriber, ensuring complete protection and support in the face of cyber threats. The solution was launched by Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo at a high-profile event, with key figures from Cyber Security Malaysia (“CSM”) and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (“MDEC”) in attendance.
