What We Do
VSTECS Kush is the Group’s internal shared-services company which provides overall operational administration, finance, logistical and human resources functions. By centralising these essential services, we empower our sister companies to focus on their sales and marketing activities and supporting the Group’s long-term growth and sustainability.
Under the strategic direction of our CEO, our services are aligned with the Group’s overarching goals. We deliver efficient, optimal and synergistic supporting roles across all business units, covering several key functional areas:
Corporate Services
We manage all aspects of corporate governance and communications, ensuring full compliance with Bursa Malaysia regulations. Our scope includes board reporting, legal affairs, statutory submissions, corporate governance, ensuring transparency and regulatory integrity across the Group.
Financial Management
Our financial management team oversees treasury operations, credit control, tax compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting. These functions provide the foundation for sound financial decisions and long-term fiscal sustainability.
ICT and ERP
We oversee the overall ICT strategy, the Group’s digital capabilities through robust ICT and ERP systems. This includes ERP implementation and support, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and core IT operations — ensuring efficient, consistent and secure operations throughout the organisation.
Human Resource Management
Our HR department delivers end-to-end human capital solutions, including recruitment, talent development, payroll, and compensation planning. We are committed to building a high-performing, engaged workforce that drives the Group’s success.
Logistics Services
Operating from our central facility in Kota Damansara, we offer nationwide integrated warehousing and transportation solutions for ICT products. Our logistics network supports resellers, retailers, and e-commerce partners, backed by real-time tracking and status reporting to ensure reliable, on-time deliveries.
