VSTECS through its wholly-owned subsidiary VSTECS Astar Sdn Bhd, has entered into a Partner Distribution Agreement with Agibot Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. to distribute AGIBOT’s humanoid robotics solutions in Malaysia.

Founded in 2023, AGIBOT specialises in the development and production of general- purpose humanoid robots. AGIBOT is actively advancing Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and robotics technologies, creating robots for a wide range of applications from industrial to household tasks.
