Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 19 May 2025 – VSTECS Berhad (VSTECS, 偉仕佳杰, Stock Code:5162) (“VSTECS” or the “VSTECS Group“), Malaysia’s leading Information & Communications Technology (“ICT“) distributor, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, VSTECS Pericomp Sdn Bhd, has entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration (“MoC”) with Skyvast Data Sdn Bhd (“Skyvast”). This MoC sets the foundation for a strategic collaboration focused on the distribution, commercialisation, and go-to-market execution of sovereign artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service (“GPUaaS”) solutions in Malaysia. 

Skyvast specialises in building and operating AI-ready data centres, managing advanced AI servers, and providing cutting-edge solutions in cloud, storage, and co-location services. Through this collaboration, VSTECS will leverage its strong enterprise and government networks to accelerate the adoption of Skyvast’s AI offerings — including GPUaaS, AI-as-a-Service (“AIaaS”), and AI solutions — throughout Malaysia. 

VSTECS will serve as Skyvast’s national distribution partner, bringing sovereign AI infrastructure and services to enterprises, public institutions, and SMEs. Both parties will jointly package and develop AI solutions tailored to key sectors such as education, finance, smart cities, and SMEs, with the goal of driving real-world adoption across the country’s digital economy.
