SALES EXECUTIVE

Kota Kinabalu - Sabah


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To act as outdoor sales for IT products.
  • To sell the wide range of products carried by VSTECS Astar via sales visitation, phone, email and fax.
  • To ensure achieve the sales target.
  • To handle all sales related matters such as quotation, payment collection, order processing, logistics, etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by your superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate candidate.
  •  Must be able to manage challenges in a positive manner.
  • Possess own transport and able travel to outstation.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PUBLIC SECTOR

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Enterprise products and services within the assigned territory. 
  • To identify and pursue potential sales leads via activities such as customer visitation, sales pitching and sales training.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To provide technical pre sales support for assigned products.
  • To support sales team on licensing and technical issues.
  • To achieve certifications for the supported products.
  • To perform POC (Proof of Concept) / POT (Proof of Technology) for the supported products.
  • To give presentations to support the assigned products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Provide support for administration of database platforms including installation, upgrades, configuration, consolidation, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting as well as backup and data recovery.
  • Learn and support best practice database platform security measures.
  • Collect and review database performance metrics and proactively address performance concerns.
  • Maintain and develop database platform frameworks in PowerShell (Windows) and Shell (Linux) to streamline administration and operational processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of the database environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in the related field.

EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE)

Kota Damansara, Selangor


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Handle the administration of the HR functions which include compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development, performance management and maintenance of employee personal files

  • Prepare monthly payroll

  • Provide end-to-end support on payroll related requests and issues

  • Ensure all company policies comply with labour laws, statutory, and relevant regulations

  • Manage and control employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave and staff medical benefits.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business studies / Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): good in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, ability to multi-tasking, computer literate, mature and analytically with positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
  • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in HR generalist role.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in Easypay Payroll software will be an added advantage

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Petaling Jaya - Kota Damansara


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Review and ensure group financial statements, group consolidation & quarterly announcement to ensure they are prepared accurately and in compliance with statutory listing requirements, such as Bursa, FRS/MFRS/IFRS & any other statutory bodies
  • Responsible on all spectrums of the finance functions, including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, taxation as well as management and financial management and reporting
  • Assist in reviewing of commercial agreements
  • Finance and accounting related operations. Support monthly/quarterly end closing process.
  • Work closely with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and tax authority
  • Back up the functions of treasury department

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have minimum 12 years' experience as Finance Manager, working in a Public Listed Company
  • Possess ACCA / CIMA / MACPA or equivalent
  • Good leadership and presentation skills
  • Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
